Who I Am and What I Do
I believe that no matter what your dreams are, you are SO capable of achieving them. I know that once you uncover your wildly aligned purpose, step into your power as a self led woman and believe in yourself fucking fiercely, then even on the bad days nothing can stop you.
I help bold, unconventional women get out of their own fucking way and put down the people-pleasing, codependent, "I must carry all the shit to help everyone else because I'm the strong one" mentality so they can finally step into their OWN power and create a life of freedom, ease and impact on their terms.
I do this because I've been there. I broke through those patterns myself. I dredged through abusive relationships, addiction in my family, and massive codependency issues that I picked up to try and protect the ones I love all sprinkled with a healthy dose of normal human experiences like anxiety, depression and general life challenges.
I moved out at 17, dropped out of high school, spent a few years working 3 jobs at a time, doing factory work, treeplanting (where I caught a mild flesh eating bacteria), traveling, and exploring life and myself. In my early 20's I decided to go back to college, bought a house, graduated, started my own massage therapy clinic, sold it and moved 5 hours away from home. (I missed the memo that I was supposed to fly to Bali for my new start)
Through a shit ton of trial and error, and a few more downs than ups, I eventually found my power and aligned with what really set my soul on fire; helping others live their best lives. Guiding people through the fires that I had navigated alone. It started when I became a massage therapist and helped people feel their best in their physical bodies, but I knew that wasn't the end.
I wanted to truly, completely change lives. 🔥
When I found coaching, I knew I was home.
